Phenix Concrete Construction LLC was founded in 2024 by a 28-year-old concrete professional with over 10 years of hands-on industry experience. After a decade of watching employers rush jobs and skip steps, the decision was simple: go independent and do the work the right way.

The name Phenix reflects that idea of starting fresh and building something better. From day one, the goal has been to give homeowners and property owners in the greater Seattle area a concrete contractor they can actually trust, one who shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers work that holds up over time.

We handle a wide range of concrete work, from crack fill and overlays to full slab pours, driveways, garage slabs, steps, sidewalks, curbs, and decorative finishes. We also take on excavation and demolition when a project calls for it. Whether you need a clean new driveway in Maple Valley or a decorative concrete overlay in Bellevue, we bring the same standard to every job.

Our service area covers communities across King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties, including Seattle, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville, Covington, Snoqualmie, North Bend, Black Diamond, Auburn, Puyallup, and Lake Stevens. We are a locally owned, owner-operated business, so when you call, you are talking directly to the person doing your work.

We work Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM. We keep our schedule tight so we can give each project the attention it deserves. No juggling too many jobs at once, no leaving you waiting without an update.
